Encyclopédie d'une adresse réunifiée traces the transformation of AXA's headquarters at 21, 23, 25 avenue Matignon in Paris. Designed by PCA-STREAM, this restructuring project has been turned into a unique editorial project: an alphabetical guide to the challenges of contemporary commercial architecture, from comfort to biodiversity, light to simplicity, and the role of heritage.

Several entries in the alphabet book highlight the contributions of Atelier Franck Boutté: the design of a plant and hydrological ecosystem consistent with its urban context, a bioclimatic approach to comfort adapted to the climate horizons of 2050, and a long-term energy sobriety strategy.

This demanding and generous publication reveals the full richness of a collective project that combines programmatic ambition, the reinvention of uses, and ecological commitment.
