Framework agreement for urban project management for the redevelopment of the Magasins Généraux site in Le Havre.

The Magasins Généraux site represents a strategic area for the City of Le Havre at the scale of the metropolitan core. Situated at the intersection of the city center and the port, in close proximity to the developing Maritime Campus, and at the junction of the Sud, Brindeau, and Saint Nicolas residential neighborhoods, it acts as a true urban nexus.

The Atelier will contribute to the reinvention of this area by proposing a holistic and forward-thinking environmental strategy. Our aerodynamic approach to the urban morphology of the two sectors will guide the selection of desired atmospheres based on seasonal variations.

We are delighted to return to this city that we hold so dear, following our previous involvement in the Carré des Docks project with Richez_Associés, delivered in 2016.
