ENSAG: Talk by Franck Boutté

Grenoble, 17.04.2023

At the invitation of architecture school ENSA Grenoble, Franck Boutté presented a lecture to a room full of future city planners, entitled, “And Now What? Future Seeks Regions.”

This journey through the possible and desirable futures of architecture, urban planning, and development was designed to:

  • Get students thinking about the impact of things: the footprint of the built environment, the new as a place for experimentation and innovation, but also as a lever for positive retroaction on the host territory.
  • Take students on a journey through different scales, from large-scale geography to small-scale intimacy, and alert them to the problems of climate inequity.
