As part of the European “Dramatically Reducing Embodied Carbon in Europe” (DREC) program, run at European level by the Carbon Neutral Cities Alliance network, MEL and CD2E organized a series of participatory workshops bringing together tradespeople, architects, project managers, suppliers, and others.

To participate in this session and help mobilize construction and development actors to reduce the region’s carbon footprint, Franck Boutté was invited to broaden the workshop’s focus and presented the conference: “From low-carbon buildings to neighborhoods adapted to the impacts of global warming: how to implement planning targets and tools?”
