20 years of ANRU
Aubervilliers, 08.02.2024

The Agence Nationale pour la Rénovation Urbaine (ANRU – National Agency for Urban Renewal) is a French organization created in 2004 to renovate and revitalize urban neighborhoods in difficulty, in particular the priority districts identified by city policy. Its aim is to improve living conditions for residents by rehabilitating housing, developing public facilities, promoting access to employment, and encouraging local economic development. ANRU works in partnership with local authorities, social landlords, nonprofits, and residents to implement urban renewal projects.
As part of its 20th anniversary celebrations, ANRU organized a special event for the urban renewal community, bringing together many of the city’s key actors, including: Tommaso Vitale, Valérie Létard, Anne-Laure Legendre, Nicolas Binet, Renaud Epstein, Marie-Christine Jaillet, Nina Guyon, Franck Boutté, and others.

Thanks to ANRU for this opportunity to present our commitments, and especially to Anne-Claire Mialot.
