Winner of the competition for the new nursing home in Perray-Vaucluse
Épinay-sur-Orge, 09.04.2025

Alongside Richez_Associés and Agence Catherine Dormoy, our proposal has been selected by the Paris Psychiatry & Neuroscience Hospital Group (GHU Paris psychiatrie & neurosciences) for the construction of a 96-bed nursing home in Perray-Vaucluse.
This project, located near a protected woodland area, is based on architecture that blends in with nature. A landscape architecture designed to heal, live and create connections.
Close attention has been paid to the environmental impact:
- Wood-framed facades, earth concrete, bio-based and reused materials
- Geothermal heat pump, natural ventilation, passive cooling
- 65% open ground, biodiversity preserved, Biodivercity label in sight
- NF Habitat HQE certification sought, “Excellent” level
A project that cares for the environment to better care for people.
