Coup de Cœur Prize for Sciences Po/SIMI 2022

The new Sciences Po campus was awarded the Coup de Coeur Prize at the SIMI 2022 Grands Prix ceremony.

We are proud to have taken part in the rehabilitation of the Hôtel de l’Artillerie, alongside Wilmotte & Associés Architectes MOREAU KUSUNOKI, and Sasaki.

• Reinterpretation of a singular piece of historical heritage: understanding the intrinsic ecology of each building, devising an intervention that lent into the strengths and addressed the weaknesses of the existing structure.
• Interior hempcrete rendering on the stone walls of one of the rehabilitated buildings, coupled with an insufflation ventilation system to combat permeability, particularly during winter periods.
• BREEAM, HQE and Effinergie certifications
