21, 23, 25 avenue Matignon – Encyclopédie d’une adresse réunifiée.

21, 23, 25 Avenue Matignon – Encyclopaedia of a Reunified Address retraces the comprehensive refurbishment of the AXA headquarters through a series of entries exploring today's architectural, environmental and urban issues.

Our contribution is highlighted through three key themes:

• Biodiversity: designing an integrated urban ecosystem with rainwater management, urban cooling strategies and ecological continuity, alongside Coloco, Camille Muller and Mugo.
• Comfort & the 2050 Climate Trajectory: holistic bioclimatic approach designed to ensure long-term comfort and quality of use.
• Energy Efficiency: a 69% reduction in energy consumption through a combination of geothermal energy, district energy networks and anticipation of the French Tertiary Decree requirements.
