Last week, Alix Derouin, André-Marie Dogbo, and Franck Boutté attended the SIBCA – Low Carbon Property Show.
On the program this year were three presentations and two interviews, which provided opportunities for a compelling exchange of views on a wide range of subjects, including mobility, sustainable urban planning, and transitions (ecological, economic, social, and societal).
- Round table discussion “From a test operation to a corporate approach: Espaces Ferroviaires launches the “Building of Tomorrow” reference model” with Hervé Charrue, Fadia Karam, Alexandra Dutheillet de Lamothe, and Christophe Rodriguez.
- BusinessImmo TV interview with Fadia Karam, CEO of Espaces Ferroviaires
- Keynote "Urban, too urban?", questioning the capacity of cities to decarbonize through sobriety, the economy of functionality, renovation, use...
- Round table discussion: "The Archisobre concept building: tripling the carbon footprint of a commercial building?" at the invitation of Bouygues construction, with Claire Lecocq (Bouygues Bâtiment France), Adrien Sanchez (Bouygues Bâtiment Ile-de-France), and Gérard Lodetti (Linkcity. Co CEO)
Thanks to Ferielle Deriche, President of SIBCA (Salon de l’Immobilier Bas Carbone) and Stanislas Pottier, President of Association pour le Développement du Batiment Bas Carbone (Low Carbon Building Development Association, BBCA) and Hélène Genin (BBCA), Fadia Karam and Jérôme Chiaramonti from Espaces Ferroviaires, Adrien Sanchez and Claire Lecocq from Bouygues Construction/Linkcity.
A big thank you also to all the speakers for their inspiring speeches, sharing of best practices, and openness to the first concrete proposals for decarbonizing our cities and buildings.
